PeopleCertから以下のメールが届きましたが、認定証ダウンロードのためのメールでしょうか。

Please upload pending prerequisites for your Exam ID 715130

We would like to remind you that in order to receive the official results for your Exam Code 715130-774337, you will need to complete your registration and upload all necessary prerequisites on your PeopleCert profile .

To complete your registration, please follow the below steps:
Create your username and password following the instructions in the automated email you have received from PeopleCert with subject “Action Required! Complete your registration”
Sign in at https://www.peoplecert.org/ using your username and password and update your data

去年の12/13に受験し、3日後に上記のメールが届きました。どうやら認定証がPDFとしてメールで届くそうなのですが、そういったファイルは見られませんでした。

どなたか教えていただけると幸いです。
