疑問は「Fa0/21であれば, Prio.Nbr は128.21に, Fa0/24であれば128.24になっているべきでは」と思った次第です。
ぶっちゃけいうとIOSが勝手に割り振ってるので「なっているべき」と言われても「そう言われましてもねぇ…」としか言いようがないです。解説の図も実機を使っているのだと思いますが、機種がなんだかわからないので何が正しいのか、と言われても「Ping-tさんが使った機器ではこのように出力されている」としか読み取りようがないですよね?

とりあえず、私の手元にある環境(Catalyst 3560v2)では、Nbrは広帯域なGigabitEthernet0/1から順に振られているみたいです。
show interface statusの出力順とも関係ないっぽい、としかわかんないです。
