1812Jであればコンパクトフラッシュがついているはずですが、それは大丈夫ですか？

また、起動時のメッセージで確認なのですが、

上記のような表示が出ていませんか？
これはコンパクトフラッシュが認識されていないパターンです。

挿してるのにこの表示が出るのならフォーマットでも回復不可能なので、別のものと交換するしかないですね…
