hagisanさんのご認識の通りです。

"show ip interface brief"コマンドを使用した時に表示される
以下の状態変化を表すログです。
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　"2"　　　　　 "1"
Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
Ethernet0　 unassigned YES unset up up
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

Ethernet0の"１"と"２"のログを個別であげるというのは実際に試したことはありませんが
論理的にはhagisanさんのお考え通りです。
